Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours on average recorded for a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt of paiement.It are shipped via the French Post or global relay station with a tracking number and without signature. Packages can also be shipped by other transport companies and delivered against signature if needed. In this case, no items will be shipped without your consent because sending with signing induces additional cost.
Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include preparation and packing costs and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We can't combine two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is making to fragile items. Similarly, a lump insurance is included in mailings. This insurance depends of the type of shipment and the weight of the whole.
We are not responsible for real delays caused by postal services. In case of late delivery caused by an unpredictable circonstance (Parcel misguided by the sorting center, recipient of error packages on hold, lost packages by the sender ...) only the carrier is responsible and able to achieve restitution. Our society does not replace in any case these transport companies.
